It wasn’t an easy journey for Chef Amri. At one stage, he lost only 500g, two months into the makeover. However, Chef Amri still managed to lose 4kg despite his busy schedule managing his day job and restaurant. As he said on the show, “It is not about the numbers that you lose but rather the sense of achievement you feel at the end of the day.”
